The diet focuses on a sensible, energizing meal plan complete with clean protein sources, healthy fats and nutrient-rich plants.
We use an effective blend of doctor formulated supplements, which remove toxins from the body and replenish nutrient deficiencies. We incorporate light fasting with an emphasis on self-care, adequate sleep, as well as guided practices in breath work, meditation, routine building.

Week 3 – Detoxing Hidden Toxins
- Product Alternatives – We identify natural alternatives to replace hidden toxins (cosmetics, cleaners).
- Herbal Infusions – We explore benefits of herbal infusions for detox and improved health.
- Protocol Adjustments – We assess your progress and make adjustments where needed.
- Learning Detox Tools – We consider sauna, dry brushing, enemas and other tools that may be of interest.
Week 4 – Towards Longevity

About Luke DeStefano
Luke is an Integrative Health Practitioner, plant medicine retreat facilitator and ceremony guide, with over 20 years experience in creating safe spaces for personal and collective healing. His service in the healing arts have been guided by a passion for empowering individuals to discover the innate wisdom and untapped potential of their own body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside his passions for health and wellness, Luke serves as a psychedelic preparation and integration guide, ceremonial musician, Kambo facilitator, massage therapist, breath work guide, and is an initiate of the Dharma Mountain lineage of Mahayana Buddhism. His passion for the sacred arts have led him to immersive studies in Thailand, Vietnam, China, Laos, Nepal, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
